30 Day Yoga Program with Adriene
 First off, I really love her vibe, style, practice, mantras, and flows. Each video was around 20 minutes long, which I could always fit in before work or before bed. It really helped my strength, flexibility, but also mindset, attitude, and perspective.  I looked forward to each day's session.
Boxing
I started when i was 16, had my first sparring session at 17, & taught my first boxing classes at 19. I've never competed, but love the sport for a killer workout, to feel empowered, for the mental game, & the community. 
Food Network Recipes
I trust they're tried and true for when I want to try to make a new dish or figure out something to do with the remnants in my kitchen.
Power lifting and Olympic Lifting
I was introduced to the sports at age 19, and loved the complexity, the structure, and the real time results. I never would have pictured myself as a weight lifter, but friends encouraged me & I enjoyed it. Try & you will succeed.
